Go to Episodes, create a new episode, and add your content. You can paste text directly, or upload a text file or PDF. Internal Cast generates a script first, which you can review and edit before producing audio. Once the script looks right, click Generate to create the audio.

There are three options. You can invite team members to your workspace, which covers the web player and the iOS app on an invite-only basis. You can share your private podcast RSS link for third-party apps like Apple Podcasts or Spotify. Or you can publish the podcast publicly if you want anyone to be able to listen.

Tokens cover script generation, audio production, and any re-generation or re-recording. Standard plans include a monthly token allowance, and you can add token packs (1,000 tokens = $4) when needed. Custom / Enterprise usage and billing are defined in the applicable contract.

Paid plans include access to the built-in voice library and one custom voice demo created from your own sample. The demo lets you hear how your voice works in the episode workflow.

Employee voices used for regular company communication are available through a managed voice setup. The setup is defined with your team around the number of voices, source material, languages, pronunciation requirements, and level of ongoing review.

Yes. After the script is generated you see the full text before any audio is created. Edit it however you like: fix names, adjust the tone, cut sections. Audio is only produced when you click Generate.

Yes. We can configure an editorial profile with company terms, naming conventions, script structure, tone, and pronunciation notes. Separate presets can be prepared for leadership, HR, onboarding, training, or other recurring formats. Contact us to scope the setup.

It depends on how your team listens. The web player and the iOS app are invite-only, so team members have to be added to your workspace and anyone else can only request access. For third-party podcast apps like Apple Podcasts or Spotify, you share a private RSS link. It isn't listed publicly, but anyone who has the link can subscribe. You can also publish the podcast publicly so anyone can listen.

Custom / Enterprise is provided under a contract with agreed usage and service terms. Billing may be based on actual token usage, committed usage, managed services, or another method stated in the contract. Volume rates depend on expected usage and other requirements.

Yes. Tokens are shared across the company workspace and cover content creation. There is no separate seat charge for workspace administrators or listeners.

Your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of account deletion. Encrypted backups are permanently erased within 90 days. Financial records are kept for up to 7 years where the law requires it. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
