Yes. Every new account gets 3,000 tokens to start, and no credit card is required. Tokens are spent at 0.1 token per character for both AI script generation and audio production, so how far they go depends on the length of your content.
Tokens measure usage. Both script generation and audio production cost 0.1 token per character of content. Re-generating a script or re-recording audio uses tokens again. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can add token packs (1,000 tokens = $4) any time. Unused tokens don't roll over to the next month.
The plans differ by monthly token allowance. Each includes the full built-in voice library, the same publishing features, and one custom voice demo. Production employee voices, editorial profiles, language work, and managed support are scoped separately.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades kick in at the next billing cycle. There are no refunds for unused time if you cancel early, but you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Custom / Enterprise is provided under a contract with agreed usage and service terms. Billing is based on the tokens your company uses. Volume rates depend on expected usage and other requirements, so the effective token cost may be lower than a standard monthly plan.
The custom voice demo lets you hear the workflow using a voice created from your own sample. Employee voices for ongoing use are available through a managed setup defined around the number of voices, source material, languages, pronunciation requirements, and level of review.

Yes. Tokens are shared across the company workspace and cover content creation. There is no separate seat charge for admins or listeners. Team members can listen through the invite-only web player and iOS app, or subscribe with the private RSS link.
Yes, by default. Web player and iOS app access is restricted to invited team members. The RSS link isn't listed publicly, but anyone who has it can subscribe, so treat it like a password. You can also choose to publish a podcast publicly. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for full details.
You keep access until the end of the current billing period. After account deletion, your data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, with encrypted backups cleared within 90 days. Financial records are kept up to 7 years as required by law.
